We are a  home care registry, also known as a caregiver registry or caregiver matching service, is a platform that connects seniors or individuals in need of home care or senior care services with qualified caregivers FOR EXAMPLE HHA/CNA/CMA/LPN/RN/ ETC. Instead of being a direct provider of care, our  home care registry acts as an intermediary, facilitating the matching process between clients and caregivers. Here's how it typically works:

  • Database of Caregivers: Our registry maintains a database of CAREGIVERS,CNAs,CMA etc.. often including information about their skills, experience, qualifications, background checks, credentials and availability.
  • Client Assessment: Clients seeking home care services can contact us and provide information about their specific care needs, preferences, and schedules
  • Matching Process: Using the information provided by both clients and caregivers, we use algorithms or manual matching processes to connect clients with suitable caregivers based on their requirements.
  • Client Choice: Unlike traditional home care agencies that assign caregivers, we often allows clients to have more control over the selection process. Clients may review caregiver profiles and choose a caregiver they believe is the best fit.
  • Scheduling and Payments:  We assist in coordinating schedules, and payments to reduce stress on the clients and their loved ones
  • We run full criminal background checks on every independent caregiver we place.
  • Our background check verifies that each independent caregiver we place has the legal right to work as well as a verifying their references and employment history.
  • We make sure that all independent caregivers we place have extensive experience.  We place private caregivers with verified credentials, like HHA, CNA or other such credentials.
  • We cover our placements with liability insurance and occupational accident insurance.
