XTRAKARE will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your data access request within 30 days of receiving it. If XTRAKARE is unable to respond within this timeframe, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason for the delay. If you wish to unsubscribe from any mailing lists you've subscribed to, you can do so by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in all XTRAKARE communications.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

XTRAKARE reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy each time you use the Platform to check for any updates. By continuing to use the Platform after any changes have been posted, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Privacy Policy.

Children

XTRAKARE does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 through the Platform. If you are under 18, please refrain from providing any information through the Platform.
